Internship Posting - Paid 9-12 Month Internship in Consulting Services with German American Chamber of Commerce in San Francisco: Monday, July 3 (Application Deadline)

The German American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. is looking for a highly-motivated intern to support the Consulting Services Department in San Francisco. The intern will not only support the team in daily tasks but will also be more deeply involved in green technology projects.

* Consulting German companies regarding their US market entry or expansion
* Matchmaking between German and American companies
* Assistance in the development of market entry strategies
* Conducting desktop/internet research and writing reports
* Intensify contacts with German and American business partners via phone and email
* Support in establishing business partnerships between German and American companies
* Proposal management

* Currently enrolled in College/University or recent graduate of Business Administration, Environmental Science, Economics or related field
* Good understanding of business concepts and experience in conducting market analysis
* Strong technical affinity and interest in the field of new technology
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving
* Strong research skills
* Highly motivated
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.

Salary: $2,305.33 per month  
Starting Date: September 1, 2017
Duration: 9-12 months
