German Scholarship for Ann Arbor's Huron High School Graduates: Monday, August 28 (Application Deadline)

A $1,000 one-time scholarship per award recipient is available to graduates of Ann Arbor’s Huron High School who have taken at least one year of German at Huron High School and completed at least two semesters of German language during their undergraduate years at the University of Michigan.

The scholarship will be disbursed the semester following successful completion of the criteria for the scholarship. Disbursement of funds is contingent upon a satisfactory grade (C or better) in their two semesters of German language at the University of Michigan.  We encourage students to use these funds for one of many opportunities for study abroad, in which case the grant may be enhanced by additional departmental support.
